Play Synopsis: Little Renfield College has visitors: a renowned poet, a band of climate activists, and two undercover federal agents investigating something just beneath the ivy. Entangled in it all are a college staffer and his estranged daughter, still finding themselves and each other. A satiric drama of longing and surprise, “Goldengrove” tells us something about the power and limits of love and language in the time of climate change.
